Job Description
Join our caviar and fine foods company as a Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative. This position combines customer service with sales, including assisting walk-in customers, answering calls and inquiries, processing orders, and proactively contacting existing and prospective customers to introduce products, promote specials, and generate sales. We are looking for a friendly, professional, and sales-driven individual who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and contributing to the growth of the company.
Job Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner
Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Provide customers with product information and recommendations
Make outbound sales calls to existing and prospective customers
Promote caviar, fine foods, new products, and special offers
Follow up with customers to generate repeat orders and additional sales
Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs
Develop relationships with new and existing customers
Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up records
Assist with resolving customer questions, concerns, and order issues
Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and delivery teams as needed
Help achieve individual and company sales goals
Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming customer service area

Qualifications
Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
Comfortable making outbound sales calls and speaking with new customers
Sales-oriented and motivated to meet goals
Ability to recommend, promote, and upsell products
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Basic computer and data-entry skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
Experience in food service, hospitality, retail, or specialty foods is a plus
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
