Customer Services Representative

- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat in a timely, friendly, and professional manner

- Resolve customer questions and complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team member when needed

- Accurately document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in our system

- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they're satisfied

- Provide accurate information about our services, processes, and timelines

- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve the overall experience

- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and solution-focused attitude in every interaction
