Job Responsibilities
- Connect with members through inbound and outbound communication
- Coordinate and conduct virtual appointments to review benefit options
- Explain program details clearly, accurately, and professionally
- Guide members through enrollment steps and online applications
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, appointments, and follow-ups
- Answer questions and provide continued support throughout the member experience
- Take part in training, coaching, and leadership development sessions

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport
- Dependability, organization, and effective time management
- Comfort using Zoom, email, and basic digital tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Post-secondary education is welcome but not required
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or similar roles is an asset
No previous industry experience is required. We provide training and ongoing guidance to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.
