Semper SolR is a veteran-owned solar company looking for motivated, outgoing people who want to build valuable sales skills and increase their earning potential.
Previous solar or sales experience is not required. We provide structured training, scripts, coaching, and ongoing development.
As a Customer Service Representative, your role is to connect with homeowners, create interest, qualify potential customers, provide immaculate customer service and schedule appointments for our Sales Consultants.
Job Responsibilities
- Speak with prospective homeowners by phone and/or in person
- Introduce available solar and energy programs
- Ask qualifying questions
- Create interest and schedule qualified appointments
- Provide with great customer service
- Maintain accurate customer information and notes
- Participate in coaching, call reviews, and sales training
- Work toward weekly appointment and performance goals
