$20.00/hour to start, Base salary + Commission  

Location: 2333 Grissom Dr, Ste 100, St Louis, MO 63146 

Full-Time Positions Available

Responsibilities 

Our Account Representatives: 

Provide outstanding customer service collections
Represent many Medical Facilities and providers
Motivate and guide customers through the collections process
Educate customers on available payment options
Discuss sensitive financial situations
Perform data entry on customer accounts in collections
Provide positive collections experience for customers
Qualifications 

Professional communication and persuasion skills
