Job Description
We are seeking professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join a fast-paced financial service center. This role is responsible for handling incoming customer calls and providing accurate, efficient support for a variety of service and account-related inquiries.

Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls and assist customers with service-related inquiries.
- Provide accurate and efficient support while meeting established department performance metrics.
- Assist customers with Cash Management products and services, online banking/client website support, and mobile app inquiries.
- Respond to general account and financial-related questions.
- Navigate multiple systems and resources while assisting customers.
- Maintain a professional and positive approach during every customer interaction.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities, processes, and customer needs.

Qualifications
