Star Transportation, is hiring a full & part-time Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to help keep our taxi and shuttle operations running smoothly.
This is not a slow desk job. It’s fast-paced, hands-on, and important work — coordinating rides, helping customers, and keeping drivers moving.
Job Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with bookings and questions
- Dispatch drivers efficiently and keep trips running on time
- Monitor schedules and adjust in real-time as things change
- Work across multiple systems at once to manage rides
- Communicate clearly with both customers and drivers
- Keep things organized during busy periods
