Position Overview
We are looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our remote team and assist members who have requested information about available benefit programs.
In this role, you will schedule brief virtual appointments, answer basic questions, and guide members through a simple online process. You will communicate with members by phone, email, and video, while helping ensure their information is accurate and their applications are completed properly.
No previous insurance experience is required. We provide step-by-step training, ongoing support, and the tools needed to help you succeed.

Job Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm virtual appointments with members
- Conduct short, professional Zoom presentations
- Respond to member questions and provide helpful guidance
- Assist with digital applications and required forms\
- Update records and ensure files are submitted accurately
- Follow company systems and compliance procedures
- Participate in optional training and development sessions
