Akkodis is seeking a Customer Services Representatives for a Contract with a client in Omaha, NE. The ideal candidate with experience delivering exceptional customer support, resolving account-related inquiries, and providing guidance on financial products and services.
Rate Range: $17.24/hour to $20.69/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Customer Services Representatives Job Responsibilities include:
Handle inbound client calls and provide exceptional customer service while addressing account-related inquiries and service requests.
Assist clients with account maintenance activities, including updating personal information, passwords, PINs, account preferences, and beneficiary details.
Provide account information, transaction history, balances, and statement support while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Educate clients on financial products, account features, online tools, and self-service resources to enhance their overall experience.
Research and resolve client issues by navigating multiple systems, identifying solutions, and coordinating with appropriate internal teams when needed.
Build strong client relationships through empathetic communication, problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma, associate's degree, or bachelor's degree preferred.
1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume call center or financial services environment.
Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle client inquiries professionally and empathetically.
Strong technical aptitude with experience navigating multiple systems while providing account support and educating clients on products and services.

Pay Details: $17.24 to $20.69 per hour
