Requirements- Minimum 2 Years of Recent Customer Service or Call Center Experience
- Healthcare, Insurance, HMO/PPO/POS Knowledge Preferred
- Strong Communication and Problem-Solving Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Computer Systems
- Ability to Manage Multiple Priorities in a Fast-Paced Environment
- High School Diploma plus relevant experience OR Associate Degree
- Medical Terminology course required within 6 months of employment
