  • Has previous retail sales or customer service experience (appliance sales is a plus, but not required)
  • Loves helping people and enjoys building relationships

  • Has strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience
  • Learn and confidently explain appliance features, benefits, and warranties
  • Help customers select products that best fit their needs and budget
  • Generate sales while maintaining a customer-first approach
  • Build lasting customer relationships through honesty and outstanding service
  • Follow up with customers when appropriate
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive showroom
  • Stay informed on current inventory and incoming products
  • Accurately complete sales paperwork and financing applications
  • Work alongside warehouse, delivery, and service departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Meet individual and team sales goals while maintaining the highest level of integrity

Requirements

  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Appliance sales experience is a plus, but not required—we're willing to train the right person
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work Saturdays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to assist customers with moving or demonstrating appliances when needed
  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Ability to commute to or relocate to Jennings, LA before your start date
