About the role:
As a Customer Solutions Manager of Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) Services you will play a critical role in steering our companys future and shareholder value by driving product the product portfolio and lead the development of offers in partnership with business operations. This role will provide expert advice, analysis, leadership and hold accountability for driving process and product improvements to increase near term (1-2 year) market share and capture orders. The role is critical in defining the trajectory for our product offering and enhancing our competitive edge in the marketplace. In addition, this leader will become the expert in understanding the needs of the business and translating them into processes that are enabled by the respective systems (D365, SAP, PROMOT, etc.).
You will report to the Sr Director of Specialty Outage & Maintenance Services and be located at Waltz Mill facility in Madison, PA. This is a hybrid position with 25% of time at Waltz Mill, 10-20% travel for weekday business trips, and the remaining 55-65% from a remote location.
Key Responsibilities:
Bid/Proposal (Primary): Lead bid/proposal efforts to develop highly competitive proposals.
Product Leadership (Secondary):
Support product managers in the development of long-term growth and innovation strategies.
Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the companys goals and customer needs
Lead and track portfolio forecasting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products and features
Conduct market research, user feedback, and data analysis to identify user problems, validate solutions, and measure outcomes
Communicate the product value proposition, features, and benefits to internal and external stakeholders, such as executives, investors, partners, and users
Prioritize and manage the product backlog, scope, and timeline, and ensure effective delivery of product releases
Communication: Develop trusting relationships with internal and external leaders to grow market intelligence and position Westinghouse to win.
Metrics/Schedules: Proactively develop and report out to AOMs leadership metrics to track initiative progress, actions, and results.
Qualifications:
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $130,400 to $163,000 per year. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
