Job Title: Customer Solutions Representative 1
Remote: must be local to Southern California (Irwindale) for equipment pick up.
Duration: 09/09/2026 to 03/08/2028
PR: $22.74/hr on W2

Education Requirement         

1. High School Diploma or Equivalent

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload        

• Review ESA applications to validate customer information, income eligibility and required supporting documents.

• Identify discrepancies, request revisions when necessary, and report processing issues.

• Ensure compliance with program policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Support workload management by processing high volumes of applications while maintaining accuracy, quality and safety standards.

• Monitor queues and prioritize work to meet operational goals

 

Required Skills/Attributes    

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and Copilot.

• Ability to follow detailed processes, procedures, job aids, and program requirements consistently.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify missing, incomplete, or conflicting information.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with limited day-to-day direction.

• Experience reviewing documents, applications, or customer records.

• Ability to learn program guidelines and business procedures.

Education Requirement:

HS Diploma, some college preferred

Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years
