We are currently seeking a Full-time Customer Solutions Specialist to join our growing team.

Responsibilities Customer Solutions & Business Development

• Design and develop customer solutions for new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to identify customer needs and propose operational solutions.
• Work closely with Operations, IT, IE, Customer Service, and other departments to ensure successful implementation of new business.
• Support new product launches by developing operational processes and implementation plans.
• Design and optimize end-to-end operational process flows to improve efficiency and service quality.

Project Coordination & Implementation

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Sales & Marketing, IT, IE, Operations, and Customer Service, to execute customer solution and business growth projects.
• Develop project schedules, implementation plans, and key milestones.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Organize project kick-off meetings and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and recommend solutions to ensure successful execution.
• Document project updates, scope changes, timelines, and resource impacts throughout the project lifecycle.

Business Analysis & Regional Support

• Provide customer solution and operational support for the LATAM region.
• Conduct P&L estimations and cost analyses for new business opportunities.
• Evaluate project performance against initial business objectives and recommend continuous improvements.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or related industries.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer solutions, solution design, implementation, or project coordination.
• Experience designing operational workflows and implementing customer solutions.
• Strong project coordination and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and drive project execution.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in cost analysis and P&L estimation.
• Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment and supply chain operations.
• Experience with LATAM e-commerce import business is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred; Spanish is a plus.
