We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to support small and medium-sized business (SMB) clients leveraging a self-service advertising platform. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for high-value customers, guiding them through onboarding, engagement, and ongoing campaign success.

You will play a key role in driving product adoption, optimizing performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing directly to revenue growth. This position requires a strong blend of customer relationship management, sales acumen, and digital advertising expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage onboarding processes for new SMB customers, aligning platform capabilities with client goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-value customers, ensuring strong engagement and satisfaction.
  • Drive product adoption, retention, and activation through proactive and reactive customer support.
  • Develop expertise in advertising platform best practices to optimize customer campaign performance.
  • Own revenue attainment for a portfolio of advertisers using a self-service platform.
  • Maintain consistent sales activity cadence including calls, meetings, and email communications.
  • Manage and advance opportunities through Salesforce pipeline stages.
Qualifications

Required:
  • 2-5 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, or account management.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising and media sales, including campaign optimization and analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills across virtual and written channels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred (Optional):
  • Experience working with self-service advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.

Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $27 - $37/ per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
