We are currently looking for a Customer Success Advisor who can bring a thoughtful, people-first approach to every interaction while contributing to ongoing marketing efforts in the field.


Customer Success Advisor role is centered around communication, problem-solving, and delivering a smooth customer experience. In this position, you will help customers navigate available services, provide clear information, and support outreach tied to active marketing initiatives.


Role Responsibilities as a Customer Success Advisor:

  • Interact directly with customers as a Customer Success Advisor.
  • Provide accurate information and guide customers through available service options.
  • Support daily outreach connected to marketing campaigns. 
  • Address customers' questions and concerns with a solution focused mindset. 
  • Maintain accurate records of customers interactions and outcomes. 
  • Works with team members to strengthen overall marketing performance.
