Job Description


We are looking for experienced Customer Success Advisors to support Adobe Experience Cloud customers with a strong focus on customer success, value realization, and long-term account stewardship.


The role will focus on helping customers realize value from their Adobe Experience Cloud investments, measuring success, analyzing adoption, and supporting overall customer account success.


Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer success advisory across Adobe Experience Cloud customers.
• Focus on value realization, ROI, and success metrics.
• Analyze customer product adoption and usage.
• Support account stewardship and ongoing customer success initiatives.
• Partner with customers to understand their objectives and success goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve adoption and maximize customer value.
• Track and communicate customer success metrics and outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and managing customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of value realization, ROI, adoption analysis, and success metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Gainsight experience is preferred.
