Customer Success amp; Sales Manager
Primary Responsibilities:

Answer inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into customers.

Build estimates and follow up on outstanding proposals.

Maintain relationships with existing customers.

Handle customer concerns and ensure a five-star experience.

Identify opportunities to upsell additional services (termite, mosquito, irrigation, aeration, tree amp; shrub, etc.).

Monitor customer retention and reduce cancellations.
-
Coordinate with operations to ensure services are completed successfully.

Help grow both residential and commercial accounts.
