About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and motivated
Customer Success Associate. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, is results-driven, and possesses strong communication skills. In this role, you will be the heart of our customer experience — building lasting relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Your key focus areas will include increasing center sales, acquiring new customers, maintaining accounts, expanding our footprint within existing accounts, and creating a positive experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains a professional appearance and ensures all clients have a positive customer experience
- Act as a primary contact for clients and proactively identifies the customer needs and recommends appropriate products or services
- Be highly responsive to customer inquiries
- Communicate courteously with customers though email, over the phone, and in person
- Assist customers with the resolution of any problems that may arise
- Have a full understanding of pricing and be able to create and follow up on printing, signage, and marketing materials estimates
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate print and marketing project fulfillment on a regular basis
- Review customer files to ensure production quality and accuracy
- Track and manage customer orders, timelines, and follow-ups using CRM tools
- Identify new sales opportunities, build relationships, and develop repeat customers
- Handle customer concerns, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and urgency
Requirements:- 1+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or a client-facing role
- Experience in print, marketing, or graphic design industries is a major plus.
- Have strong verbal and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Knowledge of Printsmith estimating software a big PLUS
