Customer Success Associate Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will be the direct point of contact for customers, helping them find the right Verizon products and services to meet their needs.
- As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring every customer interaction is meaningful and solution-focused.
- Support team goals by fortifying customer retention and revenue growth.
- Assist with account setup, updates, and service changes
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions to track inquiries, resolutions, and follow-ups.
- Participate in team training sessions and meetings to improve resolutions to common customer issues.
- Follow company policies and service standards to maintain brand trust and loyalty.
- Work together with other Customer Success Associates to share best practices while cultivating a positive work environment.
Customer Success Associate Qualifications:
- Knowledge of tech basics is a plus.
- No prior customer service or sales experience necessary.
- Any background in retail, hospitality, communications, or team-based environments is a plus.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people.
- Teachable and willing to receive feedback to continually improve performance.
