Job Summary:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned channel partners, managing all order activity from quote through delivery
  • Process and manage sales orders, change orders, RMAs, and shipping coordination with accuracy and urgency
  • Build strong customer relationships while proactively communicating updates, delays, and solutions
  • Collaborate with plant schedulers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Support quoting activities alongside Sales Engineers, including custom product configurations
  • Monitor open orders and production schedules to identify risks and escalate when needed
  • Promote products, services, and sales initiatives to existing customers
