Job Description:
This position is a temporary 12-month assignment. This is hybrid position hours: Remote Monday/Fridays & Office Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 8:30 to 5:00.
The role is designed to support projects, process improvement initiatives, and operational priorities during a defined business need or coverage period.
Candidates should be able to quickly adapt, contribute immediately, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Skills/Experience:
Required Skills:
2+ years of experience in project coordination, process improvement, operations support, customer service, or another related business support role.
Ability to ramp up quickly, learn new processes, and adapt to changing priorities in a temporary or contract role.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
Strong problem-solving, issue-resolution, and critical-thinking abilities.
Experience monitoring performance metrics, analyzing trends, and preparing reports to support business decisions.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and other internal partners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems, SAP, or similar ERP platforms preferred.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable, self-directed, and able to contribute effectively with minimal supervision while supporting team goals.
