Duration:  12+ Months with possible extension 
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid but open for remote in EST)
Pay Range: $50 - $55 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
This role focuses on ensuring client success by developing strategic plans and fostering strong relationships. You will leverage digital marketing expertise to drive customer adoption and achieve measurable business outcomes. Acting as a key liaison, you will guide clients through their digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement customer vision and success plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Drive adoption and measurable impact of digital solutions.
• Proactively communicate and coordinate internal resources for client support.
• Champion innovation by sharing industry trends and best practices.

Must-Have Skills:

• 6+ years in Customer Success with Digital Marketing.
• Proven ability to build strong client partnerships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience in the automotive industry, specifically with digital marketing solutions, is highly preferred.
