CHICAGO: Green Office Partner is hiring a highly-skilled Customer Success Manager for our Sales Department. We specialized in the development of document workflow solutions and managed print services that increase security, control costs, and improve the efficiency of our partners. Green Office Partner is growing its Customer Success team and we are looking for customer relationship-focused individuals to join us! The Customer Success Manager has the responsibility to set up our clients for growth and success. The ideal candidate must understand our clients' needs and proactively help them identify ways in which they can interact with Green Office Partner to increase their productivity and results. Our representative must be personable, professional and can effectively communicate with C-level management.
Role/Responsibilities:
Identify new equipment and solution opportunities within assigned accounts for the Major Account Managers
Identify solution opportunities for Solutions Consultants within existing accounts
Develop and manage strategic relationships with all customers to expand loyalty and expansion within the account
Handle service escalations
Set and run (monthly/quarterly) business review meetings for large accounts.
Input all activity and strategic information in the CRM system (Hubspot) to include Location, IT, Meter, Toner and Deal Signer contacts.
Be dedicated to personal career development with continued training and education
Prepare for sales meetings and 1to1 with the Sales Manager
Support Solutions Consultants and other team members in order to maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels
Stay current on industry trends and the competitive landscape
Skill Set:
Strong presentation skills
Proven ability to assimilate new information quickly
Proven ability to think "out-of-the box" in working with a customer in designing alternative document workflow solutions
Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office
Proficiency in time planning and management
Advanced listening and questioning skills
Advanced oral and written communication skills, including group presentations
Strong organization skills
Demonstrated negotiation skills
Understands how to explain a complex problem in a way that others can understand
Demonstrated proficiency in identifying stated and unstated document workflow issues a problem solver
Ability to drive
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales support, an inside sales role, and an outside sales role
Industry experience in office equipment, managed IT services or business software solutions sales preferred
Completed a reputable B2B sales training program is desirable
Minimum of 1 year of experience using a CRM system for activity reporting
Experience in following a documented, consultative selling process is a plus
A college degree or equivalent job experience
