For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $178,000 - $213,600 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Summary: The Customer Success Manager (CSM) Role
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will independently work with the existing install base to expand Schneider Electric Ecocare add-ons through direct customer engagement at all levels. This role will involve aligning Schneider Electric and AVEVA solutions to optimize client profitability by mitigating risk, creating a safe and secure facility, optimizing production quality and throughput, and minimizing maintenance costs. The goal is to increase client Return on Assets, Return on Equity, and Total Overall Personnel Effectiveness.

Requirements
Experience in Design, Engineering, Configuration, Commissioning, Startup, Plant Operations, and Maintenance is ideal. Experience on multiple control platforms for PLC, DCS, SIS, F&G, BMS, SCADA, HMI, Historian including Pi.
Travel and Work Arrangements
Travel will be 50% and willing to enter industrial process facilities. This is a full-time position based on direct customer engagement and solution optimization. The Customer Success Manager will report to the Industrial Performance Director of Operations Services Sales and work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and success.
