The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager to join our growing Organic Partnerships team.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in influencer marketing and gain hands-on experience working directly with creators and social media campaigns.
You’ll play a key role in supporting creator partnerships from onboarding through content delivery, owning day-to-day creator communication, coordinating content and deliverables, and helping the Organic Partnerships team keep campaigns organized and moving forward.
This is a hands-on, creator-facing role for someone who understands marketing, loves social media and the creator world, and is organized, proactive, and excited to learn and grow.
What You’ll Own
Creator Communication & Campaign Support
- Own day-to-day communication with creators throughout active campaigns
- Support creators through onboarding to the Humanz platform and campaign processes
- Coordinate creator deliverables, timelines, content submissions, feedback, and approvals
- Support the content development process, helping ensure creator content meets campaign requirements and is delivered on time
- Assist with creator negotiations around rates, deliverables, and campaign requirements
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with creators and provide ongoing support throughout the campaign lifecycle
- Keep creator activity, deliverables, and campaign information organized and up to date
- Track campaign progress and results and assist with campaign reporting
- Support the Organic Partnerships team with ongoing campaign needs, creator-related tasks, and day-to-day operational support
- Work closely with internal team members to troubleshoot issues and keep campaigns moving forward
- Manage multiple creator relationships, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field – preferred
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and social media
- Passion for influencer marketing, social media, and the creator economy
- Strong familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and current social media trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to take ownership
- Fast learner who is excited to build a career in influencer marketing
Benefits
Pay range and compensation package
- Base salary: $60,000- 75,000 USD per year.
