It's a hands-on execution role managing parallel workflows, partnering across Legal, CS, and ACO Operations, and working directly in CRM/CLM systems. You'll serve as operational support for the contracting pipeline during the highest-volume season. This is a contract role of up to 40 hours per week ending October 30th.

Who We Are

Pearl Health is dedicated to empowering primary care providers, health systems, and physician-led networks to succeed in the shift to value-based care. Our platform delivers the technology, financial tools, and expert services that enable practices to provide more proactive, effective care to their Medicare patients, ultimately lowering costs and improving health outcomes.

Founded in 2020, we are a team of healthcare and technology innovators backed by premier investors like Andreessen Horowitz, Viking Global Investors, and AlleyCorp. We partner with thousands of providers across 44 states to build a more sustainable future for American healthcare.

What Youll Do

Contracting & Legal Operations

  • Upload legal contracts into Ironclad, manage version control, and ensure accuracy of data

  • Facilitate contract execution, monitor signature status, and provide visibility into contracting pipeline health.

  • Conduct audits of executed agreements to validate deal terms, metadata mapping, and compliance with internal contracting standards.

  • Run pricing of deals through Pearlsights, our internal tool for underwriting, and propose the best option for specific clients

Provider Roster Submission & Deal Operations

  • Contribute to final provider roster submission processes, including roster uploads, metadata validation, TIN/track allocation and pricing coordination, quality control, final allocation management in RMS (Pearls internal roster management system), and client roster attestations.

  • Ensure final deal terms are accurately reflected in contracts and related reporting systems.

  • Track submission milestones, surface risks, and ensure all provider roster and contracting requirements are completed on time.

What You'll Bring

  • 2-3 years of experience in operations, customer success operations, revenue operations, business operations, consulting, or related functions

  • Experience working cross-functionally across operational, commercial, and technical teams

  • Strong coordination instincts - you know how to keep multiple work streams moving simultaneously and surface the right issues to the right people

  • Clear written communicator; comfortable drafting escalation summaries, status updates, and stakeholder-facing notes

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with seasonal urgency
