What youll be doing:
Processing incoming customer orders with speed and accuracy.
Reviewing order details, artwork, and specifications to ensure all information is complete.
Coordinating with the graphics team to ensure artwork is prepared correctly and on time.
Communicating with customers to answer questions, clarify details, and provide updates.
Tracking orders through production and fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation within internal systems.
Identifying and resolving order discrepancies before they impact production.
Supporting a smooth workflow between sales, production, and shipping teams.

Experience in order processing, customer service, production coordination, or administrative operations preferred.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to zero-error execution.
Excellent communication and follow up skills.
