Job description:


Come work with the highest-rated and fastest-growing Pest Control Company in the Midwest! We are looking for a qualified Customer Success Representative for our office in Orem, UT. We have full-time positions available. Your role is to provide quality customer service via email, phone, and text to the thousands of customers in the Midwest.


Must have strong attention to detail. Must have the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to learn new systems and protocols on a computer, be tech-literate, and be adaptable to technology.


Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls and assist customers with questions, concerns, service requests, and sales.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide technical support to customers
- Provide clear information about services, treatments, billing, and warranties
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism, empathy, and follow-through
- Accurately document customer interactions and updates in the system
- Learn and sell pest control services to prospective customers
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Work closely with technicians and internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience


Experience
- Previous customer service, call center or sales experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, service, and negotiation skills
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and genuine desire to help customers
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused with customers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document information accurately
- Open to learning new systems, skills, and receiving feedback
