CUSTOMER SUCCESS REPRESENTATIVE

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS - $37,400 – $39,000 base salary (DOE) + commission
- 5% commission on sales (up to ~$200/month extra!)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - As a key member of our team, you’ll play an essential role in shaping each customer’s experience:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing prompt, friendly, and solution-focused service
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building trust and strengthening long-term relationships
- Listen actively to customer concerns and identify the root of issues, not just the symptoms
- Provide clear, confident recommendations and guide customers toward the best solutions
- Take ownership of customer inquiries from start to finish, ensuring complete resolution and satisfaction
- Accurately document all customer interactions, updates, and account changes within internal systems
- Monitor and clear daily alerts, ensuring no customer requests fall through the cracks
- Assist with account audits by reviewing details, identifying discrepancies, and helping maintain accuracy
- Support the billing team by conducting monthly collection calls with professionalism and empathy
- Process Technician Out (Tech Out) requests, ensuring timely scheduling and coordination
- Step in on escalated calls, maintaining composure and delivering confident, effective resolutions
- Collaborate closely with teammates and leadership to improve processes and elevate the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment where everyone supports each other’s success
QUALIFICATIONS - 1+ years of call center experience
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-first mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
- CRM experience with FieldRoutes (Preferred)
- Spanish-speaking ability (Preferred - additional compensation provided)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM) with rotational Saturdays (7:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
