Customer Success Specialist - Hybrid

Location: Louisville, KY

This is a seasonal role expected to run from 9th of November through April 2027. While this role is seasonal, we regularly have opportunities for permanent positions.

When not in training you'll be based in the Louisville, KY office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. Training and working hours will be Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 6:30pm ET. Your training will be hybrid and take place at our office. From routine account updates to complex and time sensitive transactions, you'll use your interpersonal and problem-solving skills - supported by technology - to solve a variety of inquiries from our clients' valued shareholders.

Strong verbal communication skills, the ability to build trust, accuracy, and high attention to detail will be essential to your success.
