This role supports our product, Podio. We help organizations deliver a modern client experience through secure, easy-to-use technology that unifies and automates work with no-code tools, flexible workflows, and customizable business solutions. Podio empowers people to focus on the work that matters most and is dedicated to making working lives everywhere better, simpler, and more fulfilling.
As a Customer Success & Support Intern, you'll sit at the intersection of product, customers, and business. You'll help customers get value from Podio, solve real-world problems, and learn how SaaS products work behind the scenes.
In this role, you will:
Customer support & troubleshooting
- Help respond to incoming customer questions via chat, email, or tickets
- Investigate and resolve basic product issues with guidance from the team
- Work closely with more experienced team members when things get complex
Customer success & engagement
- Support onboarding sessions and help customers get started with Podio
- Join live customer calls and shadow product demos
- Contribute to proactive outreach (e.g. helping customers adopt features)
Data & insights
- Assist with basic data analysis and reporting
- Help track customer trends, feedback, and recurring issues
- Support the team in identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience
Knowledge & content
- Help update help articles and internal documentation
- Research answers using internal tools, knowledge bases, and team resources
Team collaboration
- Work across teams (product, engineering, sales) to solve problems
- Learn how a global SaaS support and success function operates
You background:
- Curious and eager to learn - you ask questions and take initiative
- Comfortable communicating in English (written and spoken)
- Interested in technology, SaaS products, or how businesses operate
- A clear communicator who enjoys helping people
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Open to feedback and willing to grow
Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have:
- Basic understanding of how web apps work
- Interest in data, reporting, or process improvement
- Exposure to tools like Excel, Google Workspace, or similar
