We are now looking for a Documentation Specialist to support our growth and join our Support & Documentation team.
The Documentation Specialist is responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving product documentation that enables customers and internal teams to successfully use our products without requiring additional support. This role contributes directly to improving the self-service experience, reducing support demand, and ensuring documentation is accurate, clear, and aligned with real product workflows.
The role requires a high level of autonomy, accountability, and the ability to take full ownership of documentation quality, structure, and consistency across the product.

What will help you to be successful in this role?
Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast-growing global SaaS company. In addition, our humble wishlist includes:
Required:
Relevant academic background in technical communication, documentation, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2-3 years of experience in documentation or in a related field with a demonstrated ability to create clear, structured content.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (our working language).
Good understanding of documentation processes and tools.
Experience with or exposure to translation and localization workflows.
A good understanding of how to use AI to improve efficiency and workflows.
Proven ability to manage priorities, work independently, and take ownership of tasks from assignment through to completion.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Proactive and collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Desired but not required:
Experience with Paligo and/or Crowdin.
Familiarity with veterinary terminology or experience working in a veterinary or healthcare environment.
Familiarity with SaaS or healthcare software environments.
Experience working with support teams or customer-facing content.
