Job Duties:
- Manage customer open orders and review purchase orders for accuracy
- Research discrepancies and coordinate resolutions
- Monitor customer portals for new orders, cancellations, and purchase order changes
- Enter and update order information within the ERP system
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status and delivery timelines
- Coordinate expedite requests with planning and manufacturing teams
- Assist with RMA resolution, reporting, and additional account support tasks
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external customers

Pay: $25-30/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
