Now Hiring: Direct Hire Customer Support Administrator in Golden, CO

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Administrator to serve as a key liaison between customers, service engineers, and internal operations teams. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in manufacturing environments, field service coordination, and customer support operations.

The successful candidate will have direct experience supporting and scheduling service engineers, managing service-related workflows, analyzing operational and customer service reports, and driving process improvements through data-driven decision making. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining exceptional customer service standards and ensuring efficient execution of service activities.

Preferred Experience

  • Direct experience supporting, scheduling, or coordinating Field Service Engineers or Service Technicians.
  • Experience working within a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or production environment.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret service, operational, and customer data to identify trends and support business decisions.
  • Experience managing service-related quotations, contracts, work orders, and inventory.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities while working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, customer service, and management teams.
  • Experience using ERP, CRM, or service management systems to maintain accurate records and reporting.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Generate, analyze, and distribute operational and service-related reports for management review.
  • Monitor service performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Partner closely with service engineers and field service management to ensure efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support inventory planning and parts management to ensure service engineers have the necessary materials to complete customer projects.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will bring experience from a manufacturing, industrial equipment, automation, engineering services, or technical service environment and have a proven track record of supporting field service operations. Candidates with experience coordinating service engineers, analyzing reports, managing service workflows, and supporting customers in a manufacturing setting are strongly preferred.
