Customer Support Advisor

What your day will look like:

• Handle inbound calls/emails from customers addressing billing questions/concerns.
• Prepare and process cancellations, reinstatements, & non-renewals
• Administrative support for insurance operations.
• Ensure documentation accuracy for compliance, tracking & follow up.

Benefits:

• Weekly pay 

Type:   Contract 2-3 Months 

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
 

• Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• P&C insurance experience preferred/strong customer service background
• Strong Word & Excel skills.
