What your day will look like:- Handle inbound calls/emails from customers addressing billing questions/concerns.
- Prepare and process cancellations, reinstatements, & non-renewals
- Administrative support for insurance operations.
- Ensure documentation accuracy for compliance, tracking & follow up.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Associates degree or equivalent professional experience
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
- P&C insurance experience preferred/strong customer service background
- Strong Word & Excel skills.
