The Customer Support Agent in our team will play a key part in delivering clear, professional, and personalized service.


As a Customer Support Agent , you’ll interact with clients in person, present products and services in an informative way, and ensure their enrollment process is smooth and accurate. The Customer Support Agent role offers hands-on experience in client service, communication, and business operations, all while contributing to a fast-paced marketing environment. We value collaboration, initiative, and a positive attitude. A successful Customer Support Agent thrives on connecting with people, learning quickly, and taking ownership of client interactions.


Customer Support Agent Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, guiding them through enrollment processes with clarity and professionalism by engaging directly with our customers.
  • Explain product features, services, and promotions in a way clients can easily understand.
  • Accurately record client information and maintain organized enrollment service documentation.
  • Support daily campaign operations and help fellow Customer Support Agents achieve collective goals.
  • Collaborate with other Customer Support Agents to share ideas on best practices and enhance client experiences.
  • Address client questions and concerns with empathy, efficiency and transparency.
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve service skills and Customer Support techniques.

Customer Support Agent Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or client engagement is a plus but not required.
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport with diverse clients.
  • Able to work independently and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  • Quick to learn and adapt to new tools and systems.
  • Reliable, organized, and capable of managing time effectively.
