We are currently looking for someone to fill our Customer Support Agent entry level position at our Draper, UT location! The Customer Support Agent role is vital in supporting client needs and ensuring a consistent, professional client experience is executed daily. This is an on-site, entry level position that highlights the importance of customer service and satisfaction to a business.


The Customer Support Agent is responsible for managing client interactions and tailoring personalized solutions to their needs. This role is great for a candidate who enjoys working directly with people and is looking to gain entry level experience working in a customer-centered environment. As a Customer Support Agent, being able to resolve customers’ inquiries and issues will be a daily priority.


Customer Support Agent Responsibilities: 

  • Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have regarding products or services while maintaining a positive and professional attitude 
  • As an entry level candidate, collaborate with other Client Support Specialists and/or team members when met with obstacles 
  • Prioritize customer needs and requests daily to ensure customer satisfaction 
  • Learn and apply entry level skills in communication and customer service

  • Accurately document client interactions to improve as a client support specialist and the team
  • Assist in daily business operations to sustain a productive work environment and meet local business goals

Qualifications to be a Customer Support Agent:

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent education
  • Willing to learn and adapt to changes in an entry level position
  • Interested and motivated to help customers 
  • Able to communicate effectively with customer and team members as a Client Support Specialist 
  • Comprehends the importance of prioritizing customer needs
