Bambu Lab is currently looking to expand the customer support department by increasing the number of agents so we can offer excellent customer support.

Are you constantly tinkering with your printers, trying to get the best performance out of them by understanding every hardware and software feature? Do you regularly visit 3D printing groups to help other people, but also to learn more about 3D printing so you can always be up to date with the latest and greatest?

We are looking for full-time, enthusiastic, highly motivated customer support agents who have a good understanding of 3D printing, and love to share that knowledge with others by providing dedicated customer support.

Job Description

Your job as a Customer Support Agent will be to provide fast and accurate technical support to our customers through the ticketing system.

In the Customer Support Agent position, you will be working closely with different technical teams (hardware and software) to solve new problems quickly, while also gathering feedback from customers and sharing it with the team so we can always improve our service and products.

Main Responsibilities

  • Reply to customers with detailed and accurate information, and help solve their problems
  • Find ways to explain complex technical information in simple terms
  • Identify customer needs and offer the appropriate solution
  • Analyze and report product issues with detailed information
  • Escalate tickets to other teams, and facilitate communication in order to solve the problem efficiently
  • Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams

Requirements

Important to have:

  • Experience with 3D printers, hardware, and software related
  • Interested in learning more about 3D printing
  • Dedication to providing excellent customer support experience
  • Excellent use of the English language, in both written and spoken form
  • Patience when handling more complex cases
  • Good problem-solving skills and troubleshooting skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a different customer support role
  • Multi-tasking abilities
