Hansen Talent Group is hiring an IT Support Specialist to support a large organization in Columbia, SC. This role is hybrid, onsite 3 days/week. 

This role provides technical and operational support for complex business applications and systems, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You’ll work across multiple platforms and teams to troubleshoot issues, support system implementations, and deliver timely, effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries across multiple channels related to systems, applications, and services
• Troubleshoot complex technical and operational issues and provide timely resolutions
• Learn and support business applications, including how they integrate with other systems
• Train on new applications and support upcoming system implementations
• Analyze issues, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Use multiple tools and systems to research and resolve user issues
• Collaborate with teammates, technical staff, and leadership to support operations and deployments
• Manage multiple priorities and requests while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness
• Ensure all customer issues are fully resolved and properly documented
 


What You’ll Need

• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in a customer support or call center environment
• Experience supporting PC/software applications, client-server, or mainframe systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-first mindset with a focus on service quality and continuous improvement
