Customer Support Associate

Setting/Hours: | 8am-5pm

Position Summary
We are seeking a Contract Customer Support Associate to deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall experience. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, providing timely and professional support while collaborating with internal teams to resolve concerns efficiently. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, strong problem solver, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.

  • Resolve customer concerns by identifying issues, determining appropriate solutions, and following through to successful resolution.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and case details within customer support systems.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.

  • Escalate complex or high-priority issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.

  • Provide customers with accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.

  • Monitor customer concerns and identify opportunities to improve support processes and service quality.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while building positive relationships with customers.
