A leading financial services organization is seeking Customer Support Associates to join its Credit Card Member Services team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a great opportunity to build experience with a respected company that offers paid training and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer service calls related to credit card accounts
• Assist with account inquiries, payments, transactions, lost/stolen cards, fraud claims, and online banking support
• Research and resolve customer concerns while providing excellent service
• Navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced call center environment

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of recent call center or customer service experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Flexible to work shifts between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, including either Saturday or Sunday
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus

• Fully onsite in Phoenix, AZ
• 12 weeks of paid onsite training
