Pay rate: $15.50 per hour.

Job Location: 1000 University Center Ln, Lawrenceville, GA 30043

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:30 pm Monday through Thursday with ½ day Friday working from home

Job Description:

  • Working in the Card office handling mail and answering card questions. This person should be professional-looking in dress and speak. It would be clerical but have some hands-on duties as well.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with product information- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities- Maintain customer records and update information as needed- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain high-quality service standards

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
