Piper Companies is looking to fill the role of Customer Support Associate for an award-winning company located in the Raleigh-Durham Area. We are seeking a positive, motivated, and energetic individual to provide excellent support to customers while also supporting teammates. This Customer Support Associate position requires time in-office 3 days per week. Working hours are 9AM-6PM Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities of the Customer Support Associate Include:
- Manage all correspondents with customers relating to all service and claim needs, client information, service requests, and contract benefits.
- Maintain timely and professional communication with all clients through phone, email, chat, and text channels.
- Retain client knowledge of products and knowledge of customer procedures and rules.
- Continue communication with managers and other team members regarding special project developments and assigned responsibilities.
Qualifications for the Customer Support Associate Include:
- Bachelor''s degree is required.
- Must pass call center simulation test.
- Intermediate PC skills including all Microsoft office software.
- Ability to work on a team and thrive in a team environment.
Compensation for the Customer Support Associate include:
- $20-$23 per hour
