As a Customer Service Representative, you will join the Customer Service team, serving as the first contact for internal and external customers to support successful sales. Your key responsibilities include accurately entering customer orders, sourcing to multiple fulfillment centers, and coordinating with Planning, Scheduling, Production, and Shipping to ensure on-time delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Timely and precise order entry and late order tracking
• Updating daily priority lists and maintaining customer and product files
• Collaborating with departments to manage inventory and shipments cost-effectively
• Assisting supervisors in resolving issues and implementing corrective actions
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years in a high-volume, fast-paced customer service environment (excluding retail or call centers)
• Experience with high-volume data entry with low error rates
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate professionalism
• Excellent attendance required
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Initially remote; must be local once onsite.
