Now hiring: Customer Support Clerk

Location: Carlsbad, CA

Pay Rate: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour

Shift: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM | Monday-Friday

Who We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of data entry, administrative support, or related experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment preferred; medical device industry experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with data entry systems and Google Workspace applications, including Sheets and Docs.
  • Typing speed of 30+ WPM with strong accuracy.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information responsibly.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift to 25 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in an indoor office and light industrial environment with moderate noise levels.

What You'll Do

  • Accurately enter customer information, orders, and service requests into company databases and systems.
  • Maintain, update, and organize customer records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify entered data, identify discrepancies, and make corrections as needed.
  • Conduct routine audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards.
  • Support customer service operations by providing accurate information and documentation.
  • Organize, file, and maintain records in an efficient and accessible manner.
  • Handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and in accordance with data protection policies.
  • Collaborate with customer service team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer information.
  • Prioritize multiple assignments while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned.
