Duties:
- Under the direction of the Parts Manager, provide administrative support to the Service & Warranty department
- Dispatch service requests for contract customers (includes scheduling/coordinating with service technicians)
- Provide dispatching/invoicing information to customers or the Sales department
- Review service dispatch requests and send service company to repair equipment installed under a contract warranty/service agreement
- Ship parts (using UPS) and provide backup on service and warranty parts ordering
- Assist in maintaining spreadsheets for customers with contract warranty/service agreements
- Review service bills for customers with contract warranty/service agreement
- Enter information into ERP system
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience providing administrative support / customer service within a manufacturing environment
- Experience processing service/warranty agreements
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to pass a drug test
Salary: $25-27/hr.
