Description:
  • The successful candidate will serve as the link between the plant and the manufacturing facility. The candidate will also be required to re-verify parts within the computer system. Candidate should be computer literate and familiar with Excel, Word, and email.
  • This person should be highly organized and have superior communication skills as he/she will interface with customers. Perform a good first level analysis of non-conformances. Verify all suspect product and maintain product test equipment.
  • Be the communication link between Customer Plant and Client. CSE will reside at customer facility. Expedite non-confirming material back to Client same day. Input data into Incident Reporting System (IRS).
  • Provide technical support and system understanding. Conduct/coordinate initial 24 hour containment. Where required, coordinate additional containment. Be an integral part of the response teams.
  • Write a weekly trip report. Monitor/negotiate Global Customer Base Return Parts Per Million (PPM) rates. Provide/coordinate special event activity.
  • Develop customer relationships in the plant to improve the product and maintain or increase the business.
  • 6-10 years of related work experience. Training in computer applications. College degree with a major in Engineering.10+ years of related work experience. Training in computer applications. College degree with a major in Engineering.
