Our Client, a BioTech company, is looking for a Customer Support Engineering for their Wayne, MI location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will serve as the link between the plant and the manufacturing facility.
  • The candidate will also be required to re-verify parts within the computer system.
  • Candidate should be computer literate and familiar with Excel, Word, and email.
  • This person should be highly organized and have superior communication skills as he/she will interface with customers.
  • Perform a good first level analysis of non-conformances.
  • Verify all suspect product and maintain product test equipment.
  • Be the communication link between Customer Plant and Delphi.
  • CSE will reside at customer facility.
  • Expedite non-confirming material back to Delphi same day.
  • Input data into Incident Reporting System (IRS).
  • Provide technical support and system understanding.
  • Conduct/coordinate initial 24 hour containment.
  • Where required, coordinate additional containment.
  • Be an integral part of the response teams.
  • Write a weekly trip report.
  • Monitor/negotiate Global Customer Base Return Parts Per Million (PPM) rates.
  • Provide/coordinate special event activity.
  • Develop customer relationships in the plant to improve the product and maintain or increase the business.
 
Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of related work experience.
  • Training in computer applications.
  • College degree with a major in Engineering.10+ years of related work experience.
